Detailed Problem Description


1. Sales Order 1545703 with Item 10, has wrong ZPGIQTY value due to below reason:

In the 3rd PSA request Order 1545703 with Item 10 is missing due to which ZPGIQTY has value.


2. Order 1545703 with item 10 has 0OPEN_QTY value due to below reason:

First PSA Request has data from Setup Tables(FULL IP):

In the first PSA request, Order 1545703 with item 10 has Open Quantities.

Second PSA Request:
12.jpg
In the second PSA Request, Order 1545703 with item 10 is missing due to which 0OPEN_QTY has Open values.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations
Order 1545703 with Item 10 was missing during V3 job execution in NEP, so it was showing the Open Quantities.

Resolution
Doing a full load of the order 1545703 in BPP (BW 7.3 Production) resolved the issue.
